The physicians and staff of Executive Urology, Inc. initiated electronic medical records utilizing your software in early January of this year. After 9 months of operation, we continue to rapidly incorporate the electronic medical record into our practice. With the creation of multiple templates for our practice, we have streamlined our patient interview and examination process. In short, the MedcomSoft program for electronic medical record in combination with our electronic billing has allowed us to be well on our way to becoming a completely paperless operation. The result thus far has been a more comprehensive patient medical record, the ability to have an automatically coded E&M office visit, as well as saving many hours of dictation time both in preparation of preoperative history and physicals and referral letters.
